Position: Cook / Dietary Aide
About: We are seeking a Dietary Aide/Cook to join our team and be responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of food services for our residents. Specific responsibilities include preparing meals according to standardized recipes and National School Lunch (NSL) guidelines, assisting in developing daily meal rotation menus, maintaining food storage and preparation areas per standards, and ensuring sanitation, health, and safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED; well-groomed with clean and proper clothing and good personal hygiene; able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff; capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds; able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours; understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures; adept at handling kitchen utensils and food preparation tools safely and accurately
