Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED or a minimum of two years of cooking experience in an institutional setting; Certification: Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of the start date of the position for employees working on their ServSafe Manager Certificate (ANSI).
