Requirements: Elementary school graduation through the eighth grade, plus a formal course in basic cooking principles, and a New York City Department of Health Food Protection Course Certificate; Two years of full-time, paid experience as a Cook; A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, experience, and training; Ability to read and write English and to understand and carry out instructions
