Position: Cook – Cucina Del Mercato – Park MGM
About: The Park MGM, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team. At Park MGM, we aim to deliver exceptional guest experiences and create memorable moments in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar resort setting; one (1) year of prior cooking experience in conventions and banquets or a similar high-volume setting; knowledge of knives, knife skills, and standard kitchen equipment; ability to maintain professionalism, multi-task, and pay attention to detail; commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen; team player with a positive attitude towards providing outstanding guest service
