Position: Cook – Costa – MGM Springfield
About: The upscale Italian restaurant, Costa, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a passionate Cook to create unforgettable dining experiences by showcasing culinary expertise in a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role preferred; strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cooking techniques; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; comfortable with part-time hours
