Position: Cook/Cleaner
About: Join The Doe Fund on our mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism by providing holistic services, housing, and work opportunities to the underserved populations. The Cook/Cleaner role involves providing chef manager support in the kitchen, including cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
Requirements: High School Equivalency preferred; 2 years of Porter or Cleaning experience; 2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant preferred; excellent culinary skills; knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations; attention to detail and sanitation rules; basic reading and math skills; ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks; interpersonal and organizational skills; computer literate; flexibility in scheduling including weekends and evenings; ability to oversee trainees of the culinary program.
