Requirements: Requires a minimum of 3 years of closely related cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment; Food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions; Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; Experience with Sauces, Soups, Sauté, Fry, and Pantry techniques; Supervisor/Lead experience preferred
