Position: Cook – Casual Dining
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a luxury high volume property, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their culinary team. The Cook will assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily food preparation, plating, and maintaining high-quality food standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience in a luxury high volume property preferred; Complete knowledge of health and safety regulations; Extensive kitchen technical knowledge and current culinary trends; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
