Position: Cook/Cashier – Hilltop
About: Sourdough Fuel, a division of Petro Star Inc., operates several gas stations in the Fairbanks/North Pole area, including convenience stores with various offerings like groceries, merchandise, propane, and Hot Stuff Pizza franchises. They also manage the Hilltop Truck Stop, providing full-service amenities such as a restaurant, grocery store, and fuel station on the Alaskan Haul Road. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; cash register experience preferred; customer-oriented; minimum 21 years of age; ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.; operate Point of Sales (POS) software, card readers, and cleaning equipment; work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; comply with Federal Tobacco Laws and complete required training within 30 days of employment; knowledge of customer service, basic math, and English
