Requirements: 1+ years line cook experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment; Background in fine dining or upscale kitchen environment; Familiarity with Italian cuisine; Comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques; Pride in work, providing a safe environment, and maintaining health standards; Detail-oriented and good communicator; Team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
