Requirements: 1+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting; background in fine dining or upscale kitchen environment; familiarity with Italian cuisine; comfort in a restaurant kitchen using culinary tools and techniques; detail-oriented, good communicator, and team player; ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain health standards, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
