Requirements: Ability to prepare authentic Mexican dishes; Positive attitude and teamwork; Ability to work in a clean and organized manner; Ability to follow instructions and multitasking; Initiative to learn the process of preparing authentic Mexican dishes (desirable); Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division); Visual, manual coordination, and hand skills for precision tasks; 1 year experience in the area of taquería, restaurant, or kitchen; Knowledge of weight and volume measurements; Conversational Spanish; High school graduation or GED (desirable); Health certification for food handling (desirable)
