Requirements: 2-3 Years experience in food preparation and general maintenance in a kitchen or dining area; Ability to read, understand, and speak English; Skill in interacting effectively with guests and team members in a high volume public contact setting; Culinary knowledge of food inventory, recipes, menus, and production methods; Ability to provide team leadership and lead small teams; Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records.
