Requirements: Minimum requirements of 3 years experience as a chef in an Asian Cuisine restaurant with direct guest interaction; Full comprehension of Chinese cuisine and its regional derivatives; Knowledge and experience with dumplings, dimsum, pulling noodles, and various Southeast Asian cuisines; Mastery of wok cooking; Industry qualification in Hospitality or Food Production
