Requirements: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic calculations; experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance; ability to work independently and prepare multiple menu items; ability to direct other staff and follow recipes; knowledge of food safety and sanitation; organizational skills; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; at least three years of experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience/training
