About: Berkeley Dining, part of the University of California, Berkeley, is a self-operated dining program focused on culinary excellence, social responsibility, and supporting the living/learning environment of the campus. With over 12,000 meal plan holders, Berkeley Dining serves more than 5 million meals annually in various dining facilities, including residential and retail dining options, catering services, and early childhood meal production.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance; ability to work independently and prepare multiple menu items; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; organizational skills; capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs safely
