Requirements: High school diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; minimum of three years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen; current Food Handlers card; ability to read and interpret documents; effective communication skills; ability to think critically and make independent decisions; self-motivated and proactive team player; attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
