Position: COOK 4
About: This culinary position at Hyatt requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous culinary experience. Related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor’s absence. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Good communication skills required; At least 2 years minimum of previous cook experience; Ability to stand for 8 hours work; Ability to lift and pull heavy equipment; Flexible to work weekends, holidays
