Requirements: Must have flexible schedule; Minimum of one-year experience in a kitchen including knife skills, organization; Must exhibit safe health and sanitation practices; Lifting and bending required; up to 40 pounds; Must be able to stand for up to 8-hour shifts; Must have prior experience including; Must have an Illinois ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate; Must be able to communicate basic English; Must be detail oriented; Basic guest service knowledge a plus; Comfort with technology a plus
