Position: Cook – $24.00/hr
About: Gate Gourmet, a leading provider of airline catering and provisioning services, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and supervising production activities.
Requirements: Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high volume institutional catering environment preferred; experience in maintaining temperature logs; ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays; proficiency in handling various food products and kitchen tools; adherence to company policies and procedures
