About: The Cook III position at Hilton Burlington involves supervising the preparation of food items for multiple dining outlets within the hotel, including the Restaurant, Cafe, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets, while upholding high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements: Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; at least 7 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or related field; Food Handlers Certification required; strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of efficiency and quality in food preparation
