Position: Cook $23/Hr + Weekly Pay
About: Gate Gourmet, located in Inwood, Nassau County 11096, is seeking a motivated Head Cook to join their team. The Head Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and supervising production as a team lead.
Requirements: Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high volume institutional catering environment preferred; experience with maintaining temperature logs and recipe conversion; ability to handle various food products, knives, and kitchen tools; willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays; adherence to company policies.
