Position: Cook – $20/hr
About: A Cook is needed at gategroup to prepare and cook various food items according to recipes, act as a lead cook, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the team’s production. Requirements: Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high-volume institutional catering environment preferred; experience in maintaining temperature logs and recipe conversion; ability to handle various food products, knives, kitchen tools, and paperwork; compliance with company policies and schedules
