About: The Cook 2 position at a four-diamond environment is responsible for preparing high-quality food for Stadium Club. The role requires precise food preparation, adherence to company specifications, and excellent technical skills.
Requirements: High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Culinary certification or degree preferred and/or a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience; Professional demeanor; Food Safety certification; Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment; Good communication skills; Flexibility to work holidays and weekends; Physical agility to move quickly; Ability to lift heavy items and work in high heat and humidity
