Position: Cook 2 – Intermediate Line
About: Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is seeking an Intermediate Cook 2 to work between the Former Saint restaurant and Main Kitchen, with shifts varying based on business needs. The role focuses on prepping for the kitchen and producing standardized meals, particularly in banquets, ensuring consistent quality every time.
Requirements: At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant operation or a combination of professional culinary work experience and formal culinary training; strong communication and knife skills, product knowledge, identification, and familiarity with various cooking methods; ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and maintain flexible availability including weekends and holidays
