Position: Cook 2 (Grille, Saute, Broil, Raw Bar) – Hunt Room Cavalier Resort
About: The Cook II at Gold Key|PHR prepares food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes, specializing in grill, broil, sauté, and raw bar stations. They are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe station to ensure top-quality products for guests. The ideal candidate will have exemplary attendance and consistently meet quality standards and recipes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen; ability to read, write, and speak basic English; able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills; good attitude and work ethic; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment; functions safely and efficiently under extreme kitchen heat conditions; possess full knowledge of proper cooking techniques and safe food handling
