Requirements: Two years of cooking experience in an institution or commercial firm serving complete meals; OR An Associate’s degree or certification in Food Service Management, Foods and Hospitality Service, or a related field. Must have, or ability to obtain, a Lane County Food Handler’s card within 2 weeks of employment. Must take and understand Hazard Communication Training supplied by the employer. Must be able to interpret menus and worksheets, prepare usage reports, understand policies, procedures, and safety information.
