Requirements: Refined verbal communication skills; minimum of 3 years of previous line experience required; experience working in a luxury or fine-dining environment is preferred; culinary degree or related culinary experience is preferred; ability to perform advanced cooking skills and work autonomously; capable of leading and guiding less experienced team members; strong understanding of ingredients, techniques, and plating; a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; ability to stand for long periods of time; must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays. This role is for overnight shifts.
