We are currently seeking a Cook 2 to join our talented culinary team and help elevate our culinary offerings.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume, fine dining, or upscale hotel kitchen, with solid experience in a similar level role. Culinary school is a plus but not required; Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and station management. Strong knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and plating; A keen interest in innovative cuisine and a passion for producing dishes that exceed guest expectations; Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the culinary team. Willingness to lead by example and assist with training junior team members; Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; This is a standing role that requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects, including kitchen equipment and food supplies, as needed throughout your shift; Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
