Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience in a high volume casual dining restaurant environment preferred; introductory level food knowledge; basic knife cutting skills; knowledge of dry and moist cooking methods; food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment; adaptation to new menu items and cooking techniques; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift and/or move 40 lbs; ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods; willingness to work in hot environments
