Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible schedule with occasional long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly; ability to stand for entire shifts; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and preparation standards; proficiency in various cooking techniques and knowledge of herbs and spices.
