Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary experience required; ability to work flexible and long hours; capable of exerting physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; standing for extended periods; working in variable temperature conditions; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; familiarity with herbs, spices, and their proper use.
