About: Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Cook 1 to prepare and produce breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items according to guest orders in an iconic oceanfront setting.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort; Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment; Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; Solid knife skills; Strong time management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High school diploma or equivalent
