Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary experience; ability to work flexible and long hours; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; standing for the entire shift; knowledge of cooking techniques and menu preparation; proficiency in charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; familiarity with herbs and spices usage
