Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; culinary experience required; flexible availability for long hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; capability to stand throughout the shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough menu knowledge; proficiency in cooking techniques like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; knowledge of herbs, spices, and their correct use
