Requirements: Two years of experience as a cook in a commercial food service facility; Good understanding of Math, Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Food handling skills; Oregon Food Handlers Card; Compliance with Code of Conduct, Respect in the workplace, and Applicable policies, procedures, and agreements related to the position, department, or OHSU; Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
