Position: Convention Services Manager
About: Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Coordinator to join their team. The position involves coordinating all aspects of hotel events, ensuring seamless turnover, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate will uphold brand standards and support corporate initiatives within a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.
Requirements: 2 or more years of catering and rooms experience in the hospitality industry; proven track record of consistently providing quality service; previous leadership experience preferred; excellent verbal and written English communication skills; knowledge of hotel brands policies and procedures; familiarity with convention/catering, food & beverage, and hospitality professions; skills in managing event variables and people effectively; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Delphi preferred
