Position: Convention Services Manager

About: The Kimpton Overland Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Convention Services Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and conventions at the hotel. This role involves client management, event logistics, and ensuring a memorable guest experience in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a hotel or convention center setting; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; Proficiency in CI/TY and MS Office applications; Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and local regulations; Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
