Position: Contents Packing/Cleaning Specialist
About: The Contents Packing/Cleaning Specialist is an important member of Carolina Restoration Services’ team, responsible for professionally handling, packing, unpacking, moving, cleaning, and returning customer contents affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, sewer, or storm damage. This role involves labor-intensive work in dirty, dusty, wet, and varied temperature job sites, including after-hours and on-call rotations that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; previous experience in cleaning, packing, and moving preferred; working knowledge of best practices for cleaning, packing difficult items like musical instruments, original art, and electronics; self-motivated and disciplined; excellent customer service skills and team spirit; effective verbal communication; ability to work after hours/on-call on a rotational basis.
