Position: Content Planning Manager
About: Disney’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment, bringing The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families worldwide. The Disney+ Global Subscriber Engagement and Content Programming team leads content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights to shape a strategic content approach for the service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of experience in live events, linear scheduling, content strategy, curation, lifecycle planning, and/or project management, preferably in digital media and entertainment. SVOD or Linear TV experience desired. Skilled in identifying business solutions, strong communication and problem-solving skills, diplomatic mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, emotional intelligence, collaborative spirit, quick to adapt to new technologies, passion for Disney’s segments, brands, and franchises.
