Position: Contact Center Triage Consultant – Junior
About: ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join their team as a Non-Medical Counselor/Employee Assistance Program Specialist. The role involves providing support and resources to military service members and their families, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in high-risk situations, and maintaining a high level of sensitivity and respect for all clients and their needs.
Requirements: Master’s degree in social work and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; State Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); 1-2 years of post-graduate work experience in counseling or related services; Experience working with military personnel preferred; Military spouse or family member experience desirable; U.S. Citizenship required; Knowledge of mandated procedures for abuse situations; Strong communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
