Position: Consumer Loan Sales Specialist
About: At OneMain, Consumer Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. They will learn the lending and servicing business at OneMain, allowing them to grow their career. The role involves delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals, developing and maintaining customer relationships, presenting financial solutions, educating customers on loan terms, utilizing credit underwriting techniques, and managing the loan life cycle.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; preferred sales, collections, or customer service experience; bilingual in Spanish
