Position: Consumer Engagement Manager
About: The Consumer Engagement Manager at Monster Energy is responsible for overseeing brand portfolio sampling and local marketing initiatives in a defined market. This role focuses on growing brand awareness and consumer loyalty, working closely with a team of part-time Ambassadors. The CEM spends a significant amount of time in the field coaching and supporting Ambassadors, along with managing administrative tasks.
Requirements: 2+ years of Event Marketing/Grassroots/Special Event/Promotions and Team Management experience; Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinker; Ability to match your field team to best represent your market; Professional demeanor and excellent oral communication skills; Entrepreneurial and adaptable to changing environments; Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel, in addition to internet usage; Ability to learn and use new technology associated with the job; Self-Motivated with a can-do attitude; Ability to travel 50%+ of the year within the assigned region and work on weekends and evenings; Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; Must be able to pass a background check/drug screening
