Position: Consumer Engagement Manager
About: Monster Energy, a leading energy drink company, is currently seeking a Consumer Engagement Manager (CEM) to oversee brand portfolio sampling and local marketing initiatives in a defined market. The CEM will report to the Regional Field Manager and focus on enhancing brand awareness and consumer loyalty through effective team management and event execution. This role involves working closely with part-time Ambassadors and ensuring the success of sampling programs and events.
Requirements: 2+ years of Event Marketing/Grassroots/Special Event/Promotions and Team Management experience; Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinker; Ability to match your field team to best represent your market; Professional demeanor and excellent oral communication skills; Entrepreneurial and adaptable to changing environments; Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks; Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel, in addition to internet usage; Ability to learn and use new technology associated with the job; Self-Motivated with a can-do attitude; Ability to travel 50%+ of the year within the assigned region and work on weekends and evenings; Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; Must be able to pass a background check/drug screening
