Requirements: 3 – 5+ years experience in training that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required); 4-year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s) in Business or Finance (Minimum Required); Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations; A bias for action and avoidance of workplace distractions; An individual who drives performance targets to completion
