Position: Consultant, Operations Technology

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred; 4+ years of experience in a related field preferred; Prior experience utilizing a Transportation Management System (TMS) and/or Courier Management System (CMS); Thorough understanding of integration and data sharing technologies such as EDI, API, SFTP, and web services preferred; Experience with Tableau, Alteryx preferred; Process-oriented approach with a focus on continual improvement; Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to manage and prioritize projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Flexible and responsive attitude capable of managing multiple, shifting priorities; High level of organization skills and ability to work independently
