About: Patient Navigation & Business Services at UCLA Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to join its team. At UCLA Health, our team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals they interact with, striving to create positive patient experiences through unique experiences. The Business Services Consultant will report to the Director of Global Strategy & Business Services, contributing to domestic and international growth initiatives within Patient Navigation & Business Services (PNBS). This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, leading business plans, and managing international consulting projects, providing support for business planning initiatives and other assigned projects.
Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of work experience in management consulting strongly preferred; experience in healthcare environment; skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, financial modeling, and creating presentations; ability to conceptualize, develop, implement, and evaluate projects; strong interpersonal, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills; diplomacy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality; understanding of process improvement methods; experience in building and maintaining complex partnerships with external clients and partners; ability to interact with high-profile officials of domestic and foreign entities
