Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 7+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent managing commercial or industrial construction projects; expertise in Ground-Up New Construction and Additions; strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effective problem-solving; proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project with a deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and reading blueprints; excellent verbal and written communication skills
