Position: Construction Superintendent – Ground Up Retail
About: Top-ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Ground Up projects through to completion. Regional and Nationwide travel opportunities available. Project types include Gas Station & Convenience Store, Big Box Retail, and Restaurant projects.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of Superintendent experience required with Full Ground Up New Construction, Tenant Improvement and Finish Outs of Gas Station or Retail experience. Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion.
