Position: Construction Superintendent
About: Hays is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities; In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations; Familiarity with construction project management software and tools; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; Valid driver’s license
