Position: Construction Superintendent
About: Wasatch DC Builders NW is the General Contracting arm for West77 Partners developing a new Extended Stay hotel brand, LivAway Suites, throughout the country. Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington with an office in Phoenix, Arizona, our growing team of construction professionals has the unique opportunity to build exclusively with our development company, giving us more control, insight, and exposure than traditional builders. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience supervising all aspects of construction; passion for safety and quality; OSHA 30 and SWPPPS certification preferred; AZ 310 dust control certification for Arizona projects required; problem-solving skills; excellent construction administration and communication skills; experience managing direct labor and subcontractors; expertise in reading and understanding construction documents; experience preparing and managing construction schedules; developed understanding and ability to manage a construction budget; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project; detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through; knowledge of space layout, design, and construction drawings; exceptional organizational, analytical, and logistical skills
